Dayglow support

Quick answers for logging outdoor time, Premium, Apple Health, and keeping your daylight log safe.

Dayglow keeps your log on your device. Support pages do not ask you to share private health information.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log outdoor time?

Tap “Log outdoor time” on the home screen, then choose Quick add or Custom. Your entry is saved immediately on this device.

How does the Live Timer work?

Open “Log outdoor time” and choose “Live timer.” Start your session when you head outside, then return to stop and save it. Live Timer is a Premium feature.

How do I restore Premium?

Open Premium from Settings and choose “Restore purchase.” Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Does Dayglow write to Apple Health?

No. If you enable Apple Health, Dayglow reads eligible outdoor workouts to help you log them. It does not add or change Health data.

Where is my Dayglow data stored?

Your sessions, goals, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Dayglow does not require an account or cloud sync.

Privacy and purchases

For Dayglow’s privacy practices, read the Dayglow Privacy Policy. Dayglow uses Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA) for subscriptions. For Apple subscription management, open your Apple Account subscriptions in Settings.

If a purchase or restore does not complete, confirm your Apple Account, internet connection, and App Store availability, then try again from the Premium screen.
